2 Registration & Account Verification
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. ave444 reserves the right to require documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method at any stage. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, together with proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
3 Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one active account. If it is discovered that a player operates more than one account โ whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof โ ave444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets placed, and confiscate any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

5 Minimum & Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is เงณ200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within your account dashboard and may be adjusted from time to time. ave444 reserves the right to impose transaction limits on any account at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual activity is suspected.
6 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected but are typically completed within one to three business days. ave444 may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
7 Currency
All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bet settlements on ave444 are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (เงณ). ave444 does not currently support multi-currency wallets. Where a transaction originates in a different currency due to intermediary bank conversion, the equivalent เงณ value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction will be applied.

8 General Bonus Terms
ave444 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion carries its own specific terms including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits while wagering, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
9 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal can be made. Unless otherwise stated, the following game contribution rates apply toward wagering requirements: slots โ 100%; live casino table games โ 10%; sports betting โ 100% of net winnings only. ave444 reserves the right to exclude specific game titles from wagering contribution without prior notice.
10 Bonus Abuse
ave444 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it is determined that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or zero-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, or otherwise acting in bad faith. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of ave444 and are final.
Betting & Gaming Rules
11 Acceptance of Bets
All bets placed on ave444 โ whether on sports markets (including cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino games, slots, or crash games โ are subject to confirmation. A bet is not confirmed until a unique reference number is issued and the relevant amount has been deducted from the player's account balance. ave444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where an error in the displayed odds has occurred.
12 Errors & Malfunctions
In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or human error resulting in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes, ave444 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to the affected players. No claim for winnings derived from an obvious error will be entertained. ave444 shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of system outages, connectivity issues, or interruptions to gameplay beyond its reasonable control.
13 Responsible Gaming Limits
Players may set personal deposit, loss, and session time limits from within their account settings at any time. These limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of not less than 24 hours. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and, once activated, may not be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
Prohibited Conduct & Account Closure
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ave444 platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in live casino or sports betting markets.
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or otherwise dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financing of unlawful activities.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or verification.
- Sharing your account credentials with or transferring your account balance to any third party.
- Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
- Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
ave444 monitors player activity continuously and employs both automated and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Any decision to close an account under this clause rests solely with ave444 and is considered final, subject to any formal dispute process outlined in Section 7 below.
Intellectual Property & Platform Use
All content on the ave444 platform โ including but not limited to the ave444 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and software โ is the exclusive intellectual property of ave444 or its licensed game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the ave444 platform without the express prior written consent of ave444. Disputes, Liability & Governing Law

15 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ave444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. ave444's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
16 Governing Law
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of online gaming law as applied by the jurisdiction in which ave444 is registered and operated.
